Group 5 takes place on Thursday evenings from 6.30-7.45 and is for girls from Y5 upwards. Boys are encouraged to join the boys' club at Inkberrow by this stage.

All the gymnasts should have progressed through Group 4 or have been to another gym club to be able to manage. Children will work on Bronze, Silver and Gold level in this group. All gymnasts work on floor, vault, trampette, balancing or beam and a station where display routines are practised.
