Group 4 takes place on a Thursday afternoon and is for girls from Y4 upwards. Boys are encouraged to join the boys' club at Inkberrow by this stage.

All gymnasts should have progressed through at least one of my Saturday classes or have been to another gym club to be able to manage on the higher equipment. Children from my Saturday classes have priority when spaces on a Thursday become available.

Children progress from bagde 1 to Bronze level on the floor. All gymnasts work on floor, vault, trampette, balancing or beamwork and enjoy a new station where display routines to music are practised.
